About Parklane Management Company, LLC
Parklane Management Company, LLC is a full service real estate management company which manages company developed projects. Parklane Management Company specializes in the development and management of downtown, historic renovations of commercial and residential real estate, often utilizing the benefit of both investment tax credits and low income housing tax credits. Parklane Management Company also develops and manages multifamily housing, often utilizing low income housing tax credits. Since 1975, the company has completed twenty-five real estate developments. With one exception, all are located in Boise, Idaho. About half of the company's developments are new construction and half substantial or moderate renovation. Parklane's projects have received three "Orchid" awards from the Idaho State Housing Preservation Council and two design awards from Boise's Design Review Committee. Parklane is owned by Kenneth G. Howell, who in 1997 was named a distinguished preservationist by the Idaho State Historic Preservation Council for his work in preserving Idaho's heritage.
