Village 3852

Sergeant City, constructed in 1940-41 at the intersection of Overland and Latah, was originally designed as housing for non-commissioned officers stationed at the nearby Gowen Field air base. The complex was funded by the Federal Works Agency. Many of the buildings remain in use today.
